The play
After a whirlwind romance, Greg wants to marry Ginny. But unbeknown to Greg, Ginny’s former lover, Philip (a married man), is still sending her chocolates and flowers, and she needs to get back her compromising letters before she can marry Greg. Using a supposed visit to her parents as a reason to get away, Ginny goes visit Philip and his wife Sheila.
But Greg finds a note of the address and follows, thinking he is about to surprise her by meeting her parents for the first time, rather than her ex-lover and his wife.
Unfortunately, Greg arrives before Ginny..
