Membership costs £25 per year (£5 for students and unwaged)

The Swan Theatre Amateur Company is a membership organisation.  Our members pay a subscription to join the company on an annual basis.  The membership year runs from May 1st to April 30th.

We send newsletters and audition notices to our paying members through the post.

Non-members can attend an audition but will be required to join the company if they are given a part.  This also applies to technical/backstage crew etc in order to be covered by our insurance.

Membership fees are reduced by 50% for anyone joining the company between November and April.  For this purpose new members who have been cast are deemed to have joined when rehearsals started!

It should be noted that payment of a membership subscription is no guarantee that a director will cast you, or that you will be asked to undertake a technical or backstage work (depending on your interests).

    At the moment we don’t really have much going on unless you are working on a specific play but watch this space.
