Aye can not imagine why the mere thought of a hand-bag now chills me to my bones, Aye think it may have something to do with the name Earnest - which aye personally have never been remarkably fond of, don't know why ? However the name Jack Aye find more pleasing - a peculiarity that foxes even me! As regards my daughter Gwendolen, well what can Aye possibly say - Aye do feel that nothing less than a dukedom or possibly an earldom (at the very least!) will do - 'Algernon, of course, can choose for himself' - he usually does, when not eating sandwiches! He does SEEM to have acquired a rather 'attractive young lady' though ? As regards the revolting educationalist person - Aye do believe she should stay in the country and bake or some like occupation, perhaps the good Dr. Chasuble can re-direct her 'radically unsound' ways? Aye must depart now, to remind my may deah husband, (Lord Bracknell, don't ye know) that his ailment must be improved.
