Just a quick note to inform you that there is a meeting of the “Play Reading Group” on both the 2nd and the 16th of February 2012 at 7.30 in the Studio. These meetings are totally informal and are used to read plays,discuss them and see if they are suitable for consideration for future productions.They are also useful if members are nervous when reading excerpts for auditions etc.

As a member we value your thoughts and ideas,so,if you have never been to one before please do come along,we don’t bite. And please bring any scripts or ideas of plays you may want the company to consider.

Tea and coffee and biccies will be supplied and we never go on any later that 9.15, when we adjourn to the pub

This is open to both members and non members. Hope to see you there

All members are cordially invited to join members of the committee in a complimentary drink and nibbles in the bar of the Swan on Thursday 1st September 2011 from 7.30pm.

As well as providing a chance for members to meet up, a discussion will also be held about the issues we face as a company and our future development.

Social – Backstage Tour of Stratford Theatre

Apologies but we need to re-schedule our RSC Tour (from the 6^thAugust) until Sat 20^th August – 5.15pm because this is the first Saturday that RSC have enough places available. It’s much more popular than we’d envisaged so we will need to pre-book places asap, therefore please let Amber know by August 2nd if you would like a ticket booked for the 20^th August 5.15pm tour.

Tickets are £6.50 and not refundable.

Please also let Amber know if you would require a lift or be prepared to drive other members.
