“Barn Doors and Tickling Sticks” was well attended with over £600 going to each of the three charities which is a fantastic result. Many thanks to everyone who made the event possible as well as those who came along on the night to support them.
The following message was received from WAC shortly after the event:
To all at Swan Theatre Amateur Company
I would like to express my thanks for an excellent evening on Sunday. Howerd would certainly have enjoyed it. All those who played any part in it are to be congratulated for their performances, both on stage and back stage.
As Howerd’s successor as Chair of Worcestershire Association of Carers, I have a hard act to follow. Your generosity in offering a share of the proceeds to WAC is much appreciated, and I hope that the Association continues to receive widespread support.
With best wishes for your future success.
